At Top Kitchen Sink, your satisfaction is our priority. We go the extra mile to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. But if something’s wrong—whether it’s a return, exchange, cancellation, missing item, or damage—we’ve got your back.
Please take a moment to read through the steps below based on your situation.
Standard Returns
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Exception: Allstone Group sinks must be returned within 10 days. - The buyer is responsible for return shipping + insurance.
- If your order had free shipping, we’ll deduct either:
- The original shipping cost, OR
- A 25% restocking fee—whichever is lower.
- Additional restocking fees apply by brand:
- Nantucket Sinks – 15%
- Alfi, AllStone, Blanco, Elkay, Ruvati, Whitehaus – 25% + original shipping
- A 5% processing fee applies to all returns, no exceptions.
- Returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) provided by our team.
- Item must be:
- New, unused, and unassembled
- In original packaging with RMA# on the label
- Sent back with tracking and insurance
- Each brand requires a separate RMA#.
- Colour mismatch? Colours may appear differently on screens. If returned due to colour issues, it will be treated as a standard return.
- Refunds are processed 7–14 business days after the item arrives and is inspected.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- All exchanges are treated as a standard return.
- You can place a new order for the desired item after your return is approved.
Cancellations
- Cancellations can take up to 1 business day to confirm.
- You’ll get a full refund if your order hasn’t been processed.
- If the order was already been processed or confirmed, a 5% cancellation fee applies.
- Cancel before back orders are processed, or you’ll be charged return fees.
- Once your order is processed by the warehouse, the returns rules apply.
Damages and Defects
Even with the best packaging, damage can happen during transit. Here’s what to do:
- Inspect your item as soon as it arrives.
- Report any damages within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost—as long as you follow these steps.
Important: We can’t help if you report damage after 48 hours.
What about defects?
- If your sink looks fine but doesn’t function, it may be a manufacturer defect.
- These are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and we’ll guide you through the claim process.
⚠️ We do not reimburse for:
- Installation or removal costs
- Issues caused by ordering the wrong size or style
- Damages reported late
Fireclay & Hand-Finished Sinks
- These sinks are handcrafted, and small imperfections (dimples, bubbles, divots) are normal.
- These are not considered defects and do not affect functionality.
- Undersides may have visible marks or cracks—this is normal for under-mounted sinks.
Incorrect Items
Received the wrong sink? We’ll make it right—just follow these steps:
- Notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- Send photos of:
- The shipping label
- The item number on the box
- The incorrect product was received
- Item must be:
- New, unused, and unassembled
- In its original packaging
Installed incorrect items cannot be returned or refunded.
Colour concerns? Refer to our standard return policy.
Missing Items
Can’t find your sink or part of your order?
- Contact us within 24 hours of a delivery marked “delivered”.
- We’ll help you investigate.
⚠️ If your delivery shows as “delivered” but is missing or stolen afterward, we unfortunately can’t refund or replace the item. If you’d like signature confirmation, request it before placing your order.
Claims made after 24 hours cannot be honoured.
Final Sales
These are overstocked or discontinued items sold at a special discount.
- All sales are final – no cancellations, returns, or exchanges
- These products are brand new—just deeply discounted
- If the item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost
- Fireclay, handcrafted item guidelines still apply
